Glenn E. Grant brings almost 36 years of experience in all facets of real estate and mortgages to the firm. Starting as a Realtor in 1986, he worked with high end beach properties in Southern California. His aggressive positive attitude produced opportunities on the commercial side, in the late '80's, when he headed to the east coast for 3rd Party Management and assisted with site acquisitions with the largest mini storage company in the US. In the mid 2000's Glenn served as a VP with the largest single family rental home company where he bought almost 1000 Properties in FL via auction and MLS in a 12 month period. His cross country passion and international network has given him knowledge and experience in florida, California and Georgia and then he lived for 31 years and raised two wonderful daughters in Naples , Fl. Glenn managed, originated, and owned a Mortgage Lending firm while in Naples. HIs experience with project development, foreclosures, construction, and even litigation is a valuable resource for his clients. He now travels the US living and working the Van Life with his trusty companion, Milo a Labrador Retriever, while they are networking and assisting investors from coast to coast.
